The Nature of Self

The Bhagavad Gita teaches that our true Self - called Atman - is more than our body, thoughts, or appearance. While our bodies grow and change, the inner Self remains steady and whole. Through this lesson, children are gently guided to understand that who they truly are is found in qualities such as kindness, courage, curiosity, and compassion. By recognising the light within themselves, they also learn to see and respect the same light in others, fostering confidence, empathy, and a deeper sense of belonging in the world.
